    1. Lazyweb, I heard that you used to be able to boot a mac book into firewire disk mode to recover data when plugged into another mac. Can you do that with the new USB-C mac book pros?

    Sounds like it's called Target Disk Mode. Still not found if it's supported on new MacBook Pro's
