  1. After much digging it turns out that it's not currently possible to get Fedora to do DHCPv6 over a PPP link with NetworkManager bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=626514

      Even though the version of dhclient now supports PPP still no joy with #fedora31
