  1. Joy 15mins and counting on hold to ask @premierinn why they haven't refunded me for double charging me for a room booking over a week and a half ago. I'm sorry, but @LennyHenry telling me to use the website really is starting to grate as this is how this mess started.

      @premierinn @LennyHenry So the reason given is that they double charged SO MANY people it's taking the this long (10 days and counting) to work through the list. I understand "incompetence" vs "malice" but I have to wonder how much they are making on fractional interest....
